What ingredients do you use?
Every recipe uses named, whole ingredients — real proteins like chicken, salmon, or beef alongside vegetables, grains, and supplements. No unnamed by-products, artificial preservatives, or fillers. Ingredients are listed on each recipe page.
My dog has allergies. Can you accommodate that?
Yes. When you build your dog's profile, you specify any allergens or ingredients to exclude. We only recommend recipes that are eligible based on those exclusions.
How does delivery work?
Meals are shipped in insulated boxes to keep them fresh. Standard shipping is included with every plan. You choose your delivery cadence — every 2, 3, or 4 weeks — and can reschedule any shipment.
Can I really cancel or pause anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Pause, skip, or cancel from your plan controls. Changes take effect before your next billing cycle.
How do I store and serve the meals?
Keep meals refrigerated and use within the guidance printed on each pack — typically within 5 days of opening. Serving is simple: portion the recommended amount into your dog's bowl at mealtime.
What if my dog doesn't like the food?
Most dogs take to fresh food quickly, but every palate is different. You can swap recipes before your next shipment at no extra cost. We recommend a gradual 7-day transition from their current food.
